Title: Senior Developer

Edustems is looking out for a core technologist, with coding experience of about 3-5 years, and hands-on experience in Software Product Development and ownership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Individual code development as per the instruction of practices and code requirements of theproject lead and team

Understand use cases and product requirements. Design, Develop, review (code/design), unit test, module test, integration test, documentation for PDLC.

Maintaining, enhancing, bug fixing code. Following standard documentation process laid down for the project.

Follow the defined PDLC process and participate in improving the process. Work with cross functional team to achieve project delivery goal.

Should be able to build solution, which is easily scalable, high speed/ real-time performance, configurable, deploy-able, and secure in SaaS environment using any open-source tech stack.

Responsible for planning product iterations & releasing iterations on schedule.

Academic Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in Java, J2EE and associated technologies (Spring MVC, Hibernate, Web Services, Micro Services)

Technical Skills: Core Java, Advanced Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Exception handling, Collections, JQuery, AJAX, Angular JS, Node JS, HTML5, CSS

Should be able to build solutions which is easily configurable, deploy able and secure in SaaS environment.

Must have worked in MySQL Extensively.

Strong hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of 2-3 developers.

Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product.

Annual Compensation:

Rs. 6 lakhs to Rs 7.5 lakhs based on candidate profile and capabilities

Title: Android Developer

We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Work with outside data sources and APIs

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven software development experience and Android skills development

Proven working experience in Android app development

Have published at least one original Android app

Experience with Android SDK

Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Title: Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Excellent understanding of Project Management and Software Development methodologies

Manage projects from inception through delivery ensuring completion of the project objectives on schedule.

Meet with business units and stakeholders to analyze the feasibility of projects and track the progress of projects.

Develop a detailed project plan (goals, objectives, strategy, scope, budget, scheduling, contingency plans, approach, requirements, deliverables, timelines work breakdown structures, and training needs).

Utilizing project management disciplines and methodologies including process analysis, mapping, and flowcharting to ensure synchronization of processes and systems.

Engage key stakeholders, define and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance, and lead the project team.

Provide expertise, leadership, guidance, and supervision to cross-functional and / or multi-unit teams regarding forecasting, tracking and executing project related tasks, budgets, and resource allocations.

Partner with the customer teams, development teams and management to develop an implementation project plan and assist in the identification and establishment of an implementation team.

Do the task if needed instead of coordination

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to effectively translate between functional and technical teams.

Hands-on experience in data entry will be added advantage.
